At Webb Supply Company, we take pride in providing high-quality water treatment products. Due to federal shipping regulations, hazardous material handling requirements, and product safety concerns, all sales of all Crystal Blue products are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 5 business days of delivery at customerservice@crystalbluepool.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A description of the issue

We will respond to you within 2 business days of submission.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.
